Right of Withdrawal & Voluntary Return Guarantee
Voluntary Return Guarantee (90 days)
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 90-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order.
This voluntary return guarantee applies independently of your statutory rights and does not limit them in any way.
You may return items within 90 days of receipt, even beyond the statutory withdrawal period, provided that the item is returned in a clean and undamaged condition.

Please note that returns must be requested in advance. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Exceptions from returns
Certain items are excluded from returns, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 days)
Regardless of the voluntary return guarantee, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are delivered within the European Union.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
