Frequently Asked Questions About KiNDKiT

At KiNDKiT, quality, sustainability, and everyday practicality are at the heart of what we do. Here we answer the most common questions about our products, materials, and manufacturing – clearly, honestly, and transparently.

1. Where are your bottles and cups made?

Our products are manufactured in China – where the majority of high-quality stainless steel cups are made worldwide. Within Europe, there are currently hardly any production facilities offering comparable standards in quality and availability.

2. Do you check working conditions on site?

Yes, working conditions are also documented as part of our quality checks. We stay in regular contact with our partners and make sure basic standards are upheld.

3. Why don't you offer powder-coated cups?

Powder-coated cups look great at first glance – but in practice they quickly show scratches, stains, or wear, especially with daily use by children.

Our uncoated stainless steel cups keep their clear, high-quality look even after heavy use.

4. Are your cups dishwasher-safe?

Yes – our stainless steel cups are 100% dishwasher-safe. No warping, no discoloring, no fading – just put them in the dishwasher and you're done.

5. From what age are the cups suitable?

Our cups are lightweight, stackable, and easy to grip – ideal from around 12 months, when children start drinking on their own. Older kids and adults enjoy using them at home or on the go, too.

6. Are the materials food-safe?

Absolutely. We use 304-grade stainless steel, which is food-safe and regularly checked for material quality at the factory, batch by batch, before shipping.

7. How are the products packaged?

Our packaging is plastic-free, deliberately designed to be sustainable, and recyclable. Thanks to its thoughtful design, it also works beautifully as gift packaging.

8. How are your cups different from other stainless steel cups?

We pay particular attention to:

• Safe, rounded rims
• A child-friendly, light weight
• Stackability for everyday use & travel
• Designs kids love and parents can trust

9. Can I give your products as a gift?

Absolutely! The sets come lovingly packaged and printed with a gift-ready design – perfect for a birthday, daycare, or Christmas gift.
